A group of dedicated Suzuki engineers on an overseas fact-finding mission wandered through paddocks and spectator parking lots, looking at motorcycles and watching races.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 1em;">The racers at these events didn't have factory contracts, and were not paid to race.
