It had had a full restoration by a Californian professional shop in the late 90s and hadn't been used since then. I only rode from 2012 until 2018 once a month for several hours as I had 4 bikes. It was my favourite classic to ride as it had so much more power and so much smoother than my 68 Triumph Bonneville. It has probably done less than 4,000 miles since the full rebuild. It always started 2nd kick and ran smoothly never needing adjustments due to its electronic ignition and single Mikuni carb. Original carbs , cables and airbox come with the bike. I have only had to replace the tires and battery. Since 2018 it has been kicked over monthly but only ridden once a year. In each case after charging the battery, changing the fuel and cleaning float bowl it would start after only a few kicks. Due to my health and age I have not been able to ride for some time and have had to admit now I am 74 with declining health it's time to let her go. It does not burn oil and runs perfectly. The only issue is a slight oil leak from the kick starter for which I have the seal and gasket. I am on Lummi Island which is a 6 minute car ferry ride from Bellingham WA. The ferry runs 2 or 3 times and hour.
