If you're looking for this particular bike, you're familiar with its features. The TW200 is known for having a fairly low seat at 31.1 inches, a 1.8 gallon gas tank, and a 5-speed manual transmission. Dealers on this site selling the TW200 for $4900 is deceptive as the minimum you'll pay out the door for this bike in CA would be $6350-$6500.
