Monte Warner started Boss Hoss Cycles in 1990 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He built his first motorcycle powered by a Chevy V8. Morton has a background in aviation, on the technical side and as a pilot. This was the first high-powered motorcycle that was for cruising. In the last 28 years, the company has grown with two- and three-wheeled motorcycles. In 2006, Boss Hoss Cycles received full vehicle-type approval from the European Commission. The company is the only company recognized globally as a V8 motorcycle manufacturer. One thing that is special about Boss Moss motorcycles is the low vibration. With the size and power, they are less vibrational when compared to single cylinder bikes. Extra cylinders combined with the tall gears of the transmission creates a damper. All the bikes feature a semi-automatic transmission. It makes it easy and enjoyable to ride. Beginner riders will love it because the thrust is not as strong as other motorcycles. Check out the Super Sport model, it is for pure comfort. A lower seat height, shorter wheelbase, and increased suspension travel. Many riders don't feel like they ride on the Super Sport, they sink right into it.
