Honda PACIFIC COAST Motorcycles for Sale

The Honda Pacific Coast was only available from 1989 to 1998, but it left an impact that is still felt in the motorcycle world. It was best known for its single integrated trunk over the rear wheel and two-tone paint job. It's also well known for being named after the Pacific Coast Highway. Over 14,000 were sold in North America, Europe, and Japan.
The touring bike featured an 800cc V-twin liquid cooled engine. The transmission is five-speed with a shaft drive and a hydraulic clutch. The trunk is one of the most talked about features. Honda featured side-opening trunks on later bikes. Leaving the top-opening trunk a unique addition to the Honda Pacific Coast only.
Another distinctive appeal about this bike was that it was thought to be radical. Marketing targeted white-collar professionals for the Honda Pacific Coast. It helped re-shape the image of who drove motorcycles and dismantled the "bad boy" image. An image that haunted the motorcycle community for years. The marketing team also highlighted some of the top motorcycle riding spots in the country.
JoAmalfi Drive, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Karakorum Highway. They encouraged their clientele to step out and enjoy the road in a special way. And it was accomplishable by any man who wanted to do it.
