New tires (last ones dry-rotted from sitting too long). Just rebuilt and jetted the carbs. New plugs and K&N air filter. New fluids. New fuel pump. New brakes. Comfortable after-market seat, sissy bar, and rack. Handlebar risers (much more comfortable to reach)! Very seldom ridden (only fare weather). Never driven on any long road trips. Runs strong, idles great, awesome sound! I purchased it in 2008 with ~1700 miles on it. It spent some time parked under a cover outside, but the last 12+ years it has been garaged.
