The exhaust is by Cobra.  It is in the in at the sporty end of the V-Star scale. This one has low miles on it, Only 9,806!! That is only 891 a year!! This one has been set up to tour!!! The belt features Aramid cords for excellent strength and reduced stretching.  The V-Star 1300 features one of the lowest seat heights in its class (675mm / 26.6 ), making it very easy for most riders to place both feet flat on the ground, an important benefit for novice or shorter riders.     The Tour comes from the factory with leather covered bags, a tall windshield, and a passenger back rest.
