The upright riding style of the GS bikes make for comfortable long rides. The R1200GS was built as a go anywhere do anything bike. Also, if you have never had a motorcycle with cruise control, it is a game changer on some of the long boring straight aways you are likely to encounter as you go from pretty/curvy place to pretty/curvy place. The push button start is convenient.</p><p><br></p><p>I took this bike on a 3000 plus mile trip summer of 2023. The bike performed well in every environment I put it in. The bike has been reliable for me the entire time I have owned it. I ride the bike to work as often as I drive my car, so the mileage will continue to slowly increase. </p><p><br></p><p>The Touratech Seat is a nice upgrade to the BMW plank that comes on the bike stock. The Touratech seat did get a small tear in it. It was repaired with nylon upholstery thread and leather repair glue (see pictures). </p><p><br></p><p>Please ask questions if you have them. I am interested in reasonable cash offers. I am not looking to trade. I have the title to the bike. I can meet you at your bank (local or close to Bartlett, Tennessee) if needed for bill of sale, notary, or cash. 2018 Ducati Multistrada adventure bike. Purchased two years ago and taken on a cross-country road trip. Has sat idle for most of the time since then, although have kept it running and maintained. Oil changed at the beginning of this year, only have put around 100 miles on it since, I just didn't turn the light off on the dash. Runs well without issue, I just haven't been riding as much as I used to. Could probably do for a scheduled maintenance service at a dealer, but should ride fine for a while without. Side and rear panniers included. They are the official Ducati bags that can quick release to take them off as needed.
