<p>1999 Heritage Softail (flstc)</p><p></p><p>Fun bike to ride, easy starting, sounds awesome. This was the last year they used the Evo engine. Unlike previous Evo Softails, this model has the primary case that would pair with the new Twin-cam engine. This gives it a cool, low-profile look, and has an electric speedometer. The engine is a 1340 with a carburetor, for that unmistakable Harley rumble. The Screaming Eagle slip-on mufflers make it just a little louder than stock.</p><p></p><p>The bike came with a speedo that was bleeding out the numbers, and has been replaced, but I had to guess at the mileage, I think it was 80,000-89,000. The speed unit in the primary case should track the mileage and a Harley dealer can sync that to the new speedo.</p><p></p><p>Has new tires. No better deal out there.</p><p>Hello, if you're looking for a meticulously stored and pampered Heritage which has around $9K of very nice options, upgrades, and is flawless in every regard, this is the bike for you. In the condition as it sit, a new Heritage with these additions would run more than $30K. This is a must-see bike, even better in person than the photos. It has had two senior owners before me, the first owner selling it to his very good friend. As you can see, it was rarely ridden, but has been stored properly with routine starting, and fuel stabilizer has used. The bike doesn't require it, but I use ethanol-free gas. I'm a senior rider, and have taken great care of this Harley. The bike starts, runs, rides, shifts, and brakes like a new bike. No flaws whatsoever anywhere on the bike. Please click on the little camera on the lower left of the cover photo to see the video. There are far too many options and upgrades to list here, but you can view them in the photos. A few major ones are Stage 1 (previous owner wanted to leave the stock air filter and cover on), low-rise HD windshield (stock one is included), V&H dual slash-cut exhaust, Mustang solo seat with folding backrest, and quick release HD passenger backrest setup with cargo rack. The leatherette bags you see in the photos strap onto the rack and sissy bar and are included in the sale.
