Genuinely nice 1949 Panhead FL for sale. Rare opportunity to own a complete and mechanically strong example of a bobber style Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Clear Oklahoma title with 49FL number. I built this bike from Original and reproduction parts with less than 750 miles driven (needed to dial it in!). Consider getting on this bike and feel comfortable riding anywhere. Where possible, OEM Harley Davidson parts were used. Engine: The engine cases are matching and OEM. Guaranteed to be crack free. They were decked and lined bored at Truett & Osborn in Wichita, Ks. Cam is a B grind. Flywheels are Truett & Osborn. S&S Super Shorty Carb/ Have original Linkert Carb and Air cleaner. All engine parts are as new. OEM 1948-49 Heads with perfect fins. Original OEM Rocker/Oilers assemblies. The generator is a 12v advanced. Pistons, pushrods, and all other internals are new from other manufacturers. Engine is considered as like new condition. Frame: Powder coated black Replica 1948-49 Transmission: OEM Harley 1949-52 restored. Speedometer: OEM restored. Gas Tanks: Reproduction 3.5 gallon / base clear paint. Oil Tank: OEM included / Reproduction Round on the bike currently. Handmade and applied Oil tank cover, fender trim, and chain guard. Handlebars: Ape hanger style with 4” dog bone risers. VL Springer Front Forks. Seat: OEM spring w/ T post and brown reproduction seat. Exhaust: Reproduction upsweeps. Wheels & Tires: 21” front and 16” rear w/ speed master tires. Brakes: Custom applied disk brakes front and back without compromising frame or VL Forks. Special machined components manufactured to do this correctly. Special touches such as the toolbox, front emblem, and exhaust “branding iron.”

<p>Assembled title 1970 but have always been told it's a 1958. Not completely sure on year of the motor and nobody alive who can give a more accurate history. Has been in the family for over 40 years and not driven much. Has electronic ignition, oil cooler front disc brake. I'm no longer interested in keeping it in my garage. Pretty bike if you're into classic Harley Panheads.</p>
