The motor restoration was a complete deep service of all new gaskets including head gaskets, O rings, valve seals, and the valves were all reseated and adjusted and the carbs were completely ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt, vacuum gauge balanced and set up for filters and headers, the motor was stripped and cleaned and repainted the original Honda silver color. </p><p>The bike has a completely updated electronic ignition system with stainless ACL 8mm wires a new sealed battery with a trickle charge wiring harness for quick battery tending. I can provide a comprehensive list of all new components used in the restoration too long to list here.</p>

<p>UPDATE 8/1/24: I'm very motivated to sell these folks, make me a reasonable offer ! Reduced price several times, must sell ! READ DESCRIPTION FOR PRICING. The 250's are 1979 were purpose built race bikes to race in vintage racing with tons of mods, professionally done. Always kept inside. All new parts, spokes, rims tires, brakes, cables, rebuilt shocks and forks basically everything. They are race ready if you choose to do that, just add gas, and the 250's are as close to works bikes as you're going to find. The 250's have 46mm forks, conical hubs, tons of billet, oversized triple clamps etc, not the skimpy stock stuff. Nothing was cheaped out on or overlooked building these. They were also set up properly for storage and reside in my dining room. I will not start them until I have the cash in hand, then we can start them together if you wish and I guarantee them as described but once we start them up, they are yours. I personally wouldn't do that as they are collector bikes but you can do what you want once they belong to you of course. I can go into detail about each one but it would be a novel so if you are interested or have any questions please ask. I can send detailed pictures of something if you need to see something in particular. I have a lot of stock parts included with the Suzuki, gears, forks, front wheel, perfect pipe lots of other parts and gaskets. Also build receipts and other documentation for the Suzuki. 1.3 hrs on Suzuki hour meter since built to break in. The 83 Yamaha 490 is stock but rebuilt, new piston gaskets etc and has very low time on it originally, I have only ridden it about 30 min. I have ridden them all only to break in, then put away to preserve. These were my favorites out of 35+collection. These pics do not do justice and bikes are a little dusty. There is just way too much to describe on 250's so pics will be easier. They will continue to appreciate in value. I have been doing this a long time had over 30 at one time and all of them have appreciated since being sold. I will entertain serious offers and make a unbeatable deal for all 3 for a shop or collector . They must be picked up with cash only. I have marked down all 3 of these down several thousand dollars several times and once turned down 12k for the Honda. $9,000k for the Honda, $9000 for the Suzuki, and $8500 for the Yamaha. I bought my dream bike while in the hospital recovering from a car wreck not knowing I would never be able to ride again. I started in once to make sure it ran as advertised. Started again 7/28/2024. It leaked a small amount of oil. I ordered rings, gaskets, and grommets. Everything needed to reseal the cylinders and oil pan. My arm limitations will not allow me to do the work or ride. The package deal includes a Black Widow Lift ($1000), service and parts manuals, some BMW special tools. A complete listing of included parts will be in the photos. This bike has been garage kept since the video. I received a normal New Jersey title with the bike. I am the third owner. I submitted the title to Texas and received a salvage title back. The fairing was removed by a previous owner. I am guessing they broke the fairing and filed an insurance claim hence the salvage tile. I wanted the triple disk brakes, cast wheels, and oil cooler that this bike has. Very good looking original bike with original paint, minor nicks and scratches. Lots of work under current ownership including complete new wiring harness, new coils, electronic ignition, new cables and bearings throughout, new fork seals and oil, carburetors have been completely reworked and fuel tank and tap has treated and overhauled. Delkevic 4 into 1 exhaust with re-jet on carbs and pod air filters. Tires are older but still with good tread. Has original intact side covers, small trear on original seat with newly painted seat underside and rubber bumpers. Always stored indoors with cover. Started and ridden regularly. No oil leaks and oil has been changed with new filter. Original but "rough" exhaust pipes available along with some other original take off parts including airfilter box. <p>The bike is in excellent condition very reliable suitable as a daily rider. It would only take cleaning and polishing to bring it up to show level condition. Matching numbers and as it would have come from the factory.I purchased the bike in 2012. It had had a full restoration by a Californian professional shop in the late 90s and hadn't been used since then. I only rode from 2012 until 2018 once a month for several hours as I had 4 bikes. It was my favourite classic to ride as it had so much more power and so much smoother than my 68 Triumph Bonneville. It has probably done less than 4,000 miles since the full rebuild. It always started 2nd kick and ran smoothly never needing adjustments due to its electronic ignition and single Mikuni carb. Original carbs , cables and airbox come with the bike. I have only had to replace the tires and battery. Since 2018 it has been kicked over monthly but only ridden once a year. In each case after charging the battery, changing the fuel and cleaning float bowl it would start after only a few kicks. Due to my health and age I have not been able to ride for some time and have had to admit now I am 74 with declining health it's time to let her go. It does not burn oil and runs perfectly. The only issue is a slight oil leak from the kick starter for which I have the seal and gasket. I am on Lummi Island which is a 6 minute car ferry ride from Bellingham WA. The ferry runs 2 or 3 times and hour. If you want the original super bike you can ride frequently and over long distances with utter reliability, this is it. </p><p>Due to the number of scam texts I will require that we have a live conversation and after that a photo ID must be provided. </p>

Small lightweight bike, perfect for cruising the town, taking it camping, or a nice pit bike / swap meet bike. This is a two-stroke engine with perfectly working oil injection. Just keep gas in the gas tank, and oil in the oil tank...and the bike takes care of the rest. The electric start makes it much easier to ride than similar bikes from this era that are mostly kickstart only.<br><br>This bike is in original condition, unmolested. Original paint, turn signals, gauges, etc. Everything works like it should. Some of the chrome has the typical pitting which is common on bikes of this era. Tank paint has a row of small chips (looks like maybe a rake fell on it...not dented, just chips). Overall a great looking classic two stroke Suzuki...not a museum piece, but still a really cool looking rider.<br><br>This bike has been inspected & serviced. <p>1972 Honda CL175 Scrambler. Very Nice original bike in excellent condition. Runs great. This bike is a time capsule !! The mileage on it is currently 5052. Perfect bike to enjoy , ride , and take to shows. The gas tank and side covers have very nice original paint with a minor scratch on left side (see pics). The seat is in excellent condition, as are all the gauges & plastics. Very nice original chrome throughout on this bike.  As is very common with these 1970's vintage Hondas, the muffler does have 2 small holes at the bottom (this was common on bikes that didn't run enough to burn the moisture from the exhaust before being shutdown ...the moisture combined with thin metal in the muffler would rust right thru in no time).  There are still a few NOS mufflers available on the internet for this bike, so this could be resolved if desired.  This bike even still has its original Owners Manual under the seat in the tray, and original toolkit in the blue bag inside the toolkit holder. This bike runs good and is fun to ride around. Fun, lightweight, easy bike to ride.
