<p>This custom bike was built by Rick Fairless Strokers Dallas. This motorcycle took over 9 months to build, but it was well worth the wait. This bike is a combination of "Old School Chopper" and very cool creative innovations; from the custom alligator seat to the twisted struts, you won't see another bike like this. Although this bike is beautiful in design, don't mistake it for a one trick show-pony. With its 124 S&S engine, this bike was made to fly down the highway. I've ridden this bike 600 miles in a single day without any riding discomfort. A CLOSER LOOK: Diamond Cut Polished Engine124 S&S Engine, Baker Transmission, Springer Forks, Johnnie Joker Headlights, 100% Real Alligator Seat, 300 mm Rear Tire, Low miles, Lots of custom features. A WORD OF CAUTION: Don't buy this motorcycle if you don't like attention, because everyone wants to take pictures of it! The bike was completely changed in 2004 from stock to what you can see in the pictures. It has been great for me this whole time. I don't ride a whole lot as you can see from the mileage. I am 6'2" and its very comfortable bike for my height especially with the rear Air Ride suspension. There are a few areas on the chrome showings its age but thats it. It does't have any rust either. It has been serviced regularly and in october of 2023 it was just serviced and I put a brand new set of tires on it as well. It has a 240 rear tire and a 21 inch front. The bike started its built back in 2006 with a full folder of parts invoices from the frame to the speedometer selection. It is a 35degree raked 5over Chopper Guys “Tall Guy” frame and is fitted with a 113ci Ultima engine with compression relief valves and a 6-speed Custom Chrome transmission. <br><br>Everything done on the bike is exceptional. Lots of little details that make this bike a perfect show bike. Always garage kept there is no rust, the twisted spoked wheels show exceptional and besides the tires being original (front tire needs to be replaced with aging sidewalls 90/90-21, $150 if we do it) rear tire should as well but is not critical, the bike needs absolutely nothing. Fires up and runs. I would personally opt for a different kickstand since it makes the bike lean heavy. The Dakota Digital Speedometer is not hooked up and does not record mileage.<br><br>The bike has a rear air-ride suspension installed that is working. LED lights wired properly and clean and of course the custom paint job all throughout the bike is exceptional with no flaking or peeling. The bike is titled as a 2022 ASPT chopper despite having a Custom Chrome VIN number stamped on the frame.<br><br>This is by far one of the cleanest choppers we have had. The pride and joy of someone at the price of the drive-train cost alone. This is out of the Down and Dirty lineup with a medium size rear end and manageable rake. A Pro-Street style chopper that will give you a lot of control over the bike and still leave you with the full custom chopper experience.</p><p> </p><p>The 100cc motor is plenty of power to move this bike at a nice clip. Just serviced and carb cleaned the bike runs excellent and is ready for new adventures. The bike has a few paint chips here and there. All reflected in the price but is overall in great condition. If you wanted to go and make the bike unique with your own paint, this is the perfect base. Mechanically the bike is top and it rides nice, softail suspension, good through the gears and lots of power on the 100ci motor. Cut rear fencer bobber look and chrome is mostly good on this Santee “Down and Dirty”.</p><p> </p><p>The starter gear often gets a dead-spot. Everything on the bike appears to be original Big Dog with all lettering and even the original frame VIN showing. We ran the VIN and it came back as no accident but the reason why the bike now has a ASPT title is unclear. <br><br>However, the bike is really nice and rides amazing. Fires right up and runs with no choke immediately. Paint is good with very few marks. See our walk-around video for more details. This is a Hardtail chopper. It is a little rougher ride but still very much manageable. Tires are original so they should be exchanged of you plan on riding this well balanced machine on a regular basis. While other custom bikes are hardly your daily rider, this one very much could be.<br><br>Speedometer, as with most Big Dogs, stopped working so no clear mileage reporting. This is out of the Down and Dirty lineup with a medium size rear end and manageable rake, softail. A Pro-Street style chopper that will give you a lot of control over the bike and still leave you with the full custom chopper experience.</p><p> </p><p>The 100cc motor is plenty of power to move this bike at a nice clip. The bike just underwent a complete overhaul. New paint on all tins, the tank has been send to be relined, carb rebuilt, oils checked. There is nothing you need to do to this bad boy but ride it and that you can with lots of power on the 100ci motor. A perfect project or turn this into a “Rat Chopper”, old-school style. The bike runs excellent now. So mechanically there is nothing to be done. It is a fully functioning bike that was brought back to life after sitting for several years. We re-lined the tank, did a full carb rebuilt and got this bike back on the road. Now either go all the way in the “rat” department or start making things pretty again. See the walk around video on our website that shows the condition in detail.<br>As with all custom bikes the tires are aged out and should be replaced.<br><br>Surprisingly this bike is a very easy handling ride and despite being a hardtail chopper it actually does not rattle your brains out. The 200 rear tire has enough meat to take a good punch instead of your spine. Handles easy over railroad tracks and turns in nicely.</p><p><br>Independence Motorcycle Company was founded in Tucson, Arizona and was in business for about 5 years until they were hit with a lawsuit and judgement from the State of CA for selling new bikes in CA that did not meet the stringent CA requirements. They existed in different forms and styles but guys always decided to do something unique with their bikes. In the 60s and 70, fueled by Easy Rider the market took off and saw a huge resurgence in the early 2000s. Tired of the same old? Don’t know which Street Glide is yours of the 10 black ones coming out of the bar? Here is your solution.<br><br>Ironworks was based out of Florida with every bike having had a custom paint job. No two are alike. Of course this one is all black, and I am sure other customers chose the single color option so that statement is not 100% accurate, but all custom paint options were one-off. This is the 66th off the factory floor with a total of about 300 made that year. Fitted with a RevTech high compression engine and a Baker transmission. The bike is easy to ride for a custom chopper which explains the 28K on the odometer. Softail suspension gives you the smooth ride comfort and the rake is not outrageous so you can still turn around easily. </p><p><br>There are a few minor flaws on the bike but overall for a 20 year old motorcycle it is still in pretty good condition. Just underwent a full carb service and runs perfect. Paint on the tank has some flaws from gasoline leakage from the left side filler. One of the original early Titan versions of the Gecko RM, a pro-street version with a S&S 96ci motor and 5-speed transmission. Plenty of power on this 620Lbs bike. Range still at 150miles with a 5gal fuel tank. The S&S Carburetor is fully equipped to power this motor and get the best out of it. <br>Small blemishes on this bike as to be expected on a 25-year old chopper but overall in good shape and certainly that head-turner you were looking for. Some chrome is flaking. See the walk around video for details. Tires are 2007 and should be replaced before riding this bike. The bike rides excellent.
