1968 BMW R69S,

This 1968 R69S is in excellent original shape. The original owner bought this bike new and installed the Avon fairing and hard cases when the bike was new. This bike has been all over the US as well as spent some time over seas. The bike was shipped to England and the owner spent time exploring the UK and European countryside. Even went so far as to attending the Isle of Man races and rode the course after hours! 

Very unique R69S with some great additions to make it a capable touring bike. 

(2) Perform compression and leak down test - all within spec.

(3) Clutch replaced along with pressure plate, diaphragm spring, feltring, etc.

(4) Full detail. Remove seat, cases, fairing. Clean all underneath and inside.

(5) Polish air intakes. Clean and Polish all metal pieces possible.

(6) Install correct horn and repair wiring at right 

(7) Polish handlebars and damper knob.

(8) Adjust and secure turn signals. Install new turn signal relay.

(9) Adjust and secure hand levers to proper position. 

(10) Install new battery.

(11) Renew all fluids including gear oil, final drive oil, engine oil.
