The SP is the top of the line Hypermoto which comes with Ohins suspension and all the electronic components such as up/down shifting on the fly, ABS lean angle, wheelie control, traction control, anti hop, running modes like sport, wet, etc. Runs amazingly and makes much better power & torque with the Termignoni single sided exhaust installed by dealer. Really nice sound. You don't want for power while riding on the freeway. It still feels like a supermoto. Upgrades, lower seat and I have the stock seat as well. Occasionally you will see one for a bit cheaper but that is because it is the base model (Example: BaT (Bring a Trailer) for $32k and another high mileage base model here on CT for $29k).
