Honda INTERCEPTOR Motorcycles for Sale

The Honda Interceptor is a sport touring motorcycle by Honda that has been around since 1998. It was first launched as the VFR800, then was renamed the Interceptor in the United States after 2002. This bike was modeled after the VFR750F and contains the same V4 engine configuration as the Honda VF and VFR series.
The sixth generation of this bike, produced from 2002 through 2013, is when the Honda Interceptor name first came into use. Hallmarks of this model include optional ABS, optional hard luggage carrier, underseat exhausts, and DCBS linked brakes. Chain link cams replaced the gear-driven ones of earlier models. This generation's VFR800 model also introduced the VTEC valve actuation.
The seventh generation of the Honda Interceptor is the VFR1200F. It was in production from 2009 to 2017. This Honda sport touring cycle runs on a mighty transverse mounted V4 engine. It was innovative because it introduced the first dual clutch transmission offered on a motorcycle. Because it wasn't able to meet new noise regulations and emissions standards, this model was discontinued in 2017.
The latest Honda Interceptor to be released is the eighth generation, from 2014 to the present. The new VFR800 was unveiled at the 2013 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. This model offers several upgrades, including wider wheels, reduced curb weight by 10kg, a new instrument panel, traction control, a single-sided exhaust system, LED lighting, and revised bodywork.
