2018 Yamaha Super Tenere 1200, <p> The 1200 Super Tenere!!            Yamaha s Ténéré line of bikes was meant to mimic the style and rugged nature of the Paris-Dakar racers famous for traversing some of the most unhospitable regions of planet earth, including the bike s namesake, the Ténéré region of the Sahara Desert.                                                                                                                               The 2018 Super Ténéré boasts a host of technologies to rival a German luxury sedan: electronic suspension, unified brake system, heated grips, cruise control, traction control, throttle-by-wire with dual-mode throttle control, LED rear lighting, and dual LCD displays. There s a large 23-litre fuel tank, dual aluminum "Jesse" brand,  32-litre side cases, rear rack, four-position adjustable windscreen, two-position adjustable seat height, and a dash mounted DC outlet, which all complement the bike s touring capabilities.  The side cases are lockable, water resistant, and easily removable.                                                                                                                                                                                                   The powerplant is an 1,199cc parallel-twin hung as a stressed member in a steel backbone frame with an aluminum swingarm, rolling on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels. A six-speed transmission routes power via shaft drive, and dual disc brakes in front and a single disc at the rear handle stopping duties.                                                               The electronic suspension is one of the stand-out features of this bike. Preload and damping adjustments can be made from the saddle via the left handlebar mounted switches and the LCD display. Preload adjustment is done with the bike at a standstill, with four pre-sets: rider alone, rider with cargo, two-up, and two-up with cargo. Out on the road, the comfortable seat and tall windscreen make for a pleasant highway voyage.                                                                                       It has been fully serviced, and it is ready for your two wheeled adventures!!  </p>

2018 Yamaha X Max 300, <p> Scooter to the Max, The X Max!!!                                                       <strong>The engine is the star of the 2018 Yamaha XMax. </strong>The all-new 292cc long-stroke motor features a four valve head, fuel injection, and liquid cooling. The result is a strong pulling mill that has plenty of acceleration around town, yet revs up to 9000 rpm and can top 90 mph on the freeway. <strong>The fully automatic CVT and belt final drive is flawless. </strong>It all works transparently. Just twist, go, and never think about it. Also, the drive system, along with the motor, is smooth at all throttle openings.  Defeatable traction control is standard, as is always-on ABS. Both work very transparently, and will be especially helpful to less skilled riders.   With a 15-inch front wheel and 14-incher in the back, the XMax rolls over obstacles with less drama than other scooters on the market.                                                               In addition to the long floorboards that allow plenty of different positions for your feet, the inclined highway floorboards let you put you feet up and relax. Even on those raised floorboards, there are a number of different places to comfortably put your feet. Passengers will appreciate the huge platform, along with nice handrails.   </p> <p><strong>The handlebars are also adjustable, so you can tailor the XMax to your body.</strong> Smaller riders will like that the bars can be moved back nearly an inch for a more-compact the riding triangle.      The XMax s sub-400 pound weight is kept low, so direction and lane changes are intuitive.  The tire and chassis combination on the 2018 Yamaha XMax is outstanding.     Don t worry about getting too aggressive with the left-hand brake lever ABS will bail you out unobtrusively.            You get the expected cavernous space under the seat, and it s large enough for two full-face helmets. The fairing houses two storage spaces with doors one locked, one always accessible. The locked door has a 12V plug inside, nice touch Yamaha!!!  .  Yamaha claims an estimated fuel consumption rate of 75 mpg.  Factor in a 3.4-gallon tank and you should get 200 miles between fill-ups.     The stock windshield has given way for a large Givi shield.   it has been fully serviced, and it is ready to ride!!!   </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
