Why are you selling this bike.

I'm selling it because I've got a little seven-month old baby girl and a wife who hates it every time I ride. I'm also about to retire from the Navy and move out to the East Coast, where I'm going to focus on adventure/dual-sport. So, I'm looking to simplify my life (and garage), and make my wife happy.

How long have you had it, and what can you tell me about its past.

I've held the title for three years. I bought it from the original owner (A good friend and fellow serviceman). He's been a huge rider for decades and took meticulous care of the bike. He sold it to me after upgrading to a brand-new Street Glide.

Tires? brakes? Have you done the cam tensioner?.

The tires are brand-new, brand-new clutch cable, and the brakes have 80% life left. I did the Cam tensioner at 30K miles (so I ate that $2.5K repair for you). I just had the guys over at SD Custom do a full, exhaustive check of all systems and components. This engine's perfect. She's clean as a whistle. All you're going to need to do is change the oil every 6K or so.
