This bike is offered WHERE IS, AS IS, without guarantee or warranty. You pick up in Salisbury, NC. I will pay the Notary Fee for title transfer at my bank. Other costs of transfer (i.e. State Title Transfer Fee, your State Sales Tax, your local Property Tax, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Payment will be by Cashier’s Check drafted on a US bank. If the bike is to be shipped, the Buyer is 100% responsible for arranging for shipping, including the shipper picking the bike up at my home. Cost of shipping is not included in the sale price and is to be borne solely by the Buyer.
