2018 Honda CBR 500R

Pearl White / Grand Prix Red500cc (471cc), 6 speed, sport bike

Definitely has mild damage, but still runs- I use it atleast once a week, even if its current condition.

Pros-

Only ever used premium gas for all 18k miles

Oil changed with factory recommended oil and filter every 3k miles.

New chain/sprockets.Front tire replaced recently.

Beautiful coloration

Runs incredibly quiet.

Cons-

Cons are mostly all damages and current problems:

Needs new back tire

Needs oil change

Missing both front blinkers

Damage to fairings around both blinkers

Digital display is not working

So with all that damage, why 3.5k?

List price of undamaged used 2018 cbr500r: 5k-7k

So let's say 5k

Subtract cost of repairs-New back tire: 120$-200$. (So - 200)

Oil change 25$-100$ (25 if you do it yourself) (-100)

Fairings/New blinkers 300$-600$(-600)

Broken digital display 50$-400$(-400)

So -1300$ overestimating costs of repairs, and underestimating the bikes value

Hence 3.5k
