The battery uses high-quality Panasonic lithium cells to deliver 653 watt-hours of energy, range depends on each bike model and a number of factors including the weight of the rider, added gear, terrain, tire pressure, temperature, wind speed, etc. The average range on a fully charged battery is between 25 and 45 miles.

The lockable battery pack sends its energy to an intelligent brush-less controller and then to a first-rate Bafang 750-watt motor mounted in the rear-wheel hub.
